What is a sewer line camera inspection?
A sewer line camera inspection is a non-invasive method to assess the condition of underground sewer pipes. We insert a specialized waterproof HD camera into the sewer line through an access point (cleanout). The camera captures real-time video footage, letting us identify blockages, cracks, root intrusions, and other issues without digging.
How long does a sewer inspection take?
A typical residential sewer camera inspection takes 45-60 minutes. In some cases it can take up to 90 minutes if access is difficult or multiple sections need to be inspected. We'll give you a time estimate when we book your appointment.
What is hydro jetting and how does it work?
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water (1,500 to 4,000+ PSI) to clean and unclog pipes. A specialized nozzle directs the pressurized water stream into the pipe, breaking up and flushing away blockages including grease, mineral deposits, tree roots, and debris. It's the most effective method for cleaning sewer and drainage lines.
How long does hydro jetting take?
On average, hydro jetting a sewer line takes anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the length and complexity of the line, the severity of the blockage, and the condition of the pipes.
What size pipes does TruFlow clean?
TruFlow cleans drainage lines ranging from 1.5" to 10", including catch basins, underground drainage, driveway drains, exterior drainage lines, French drains, septic lines, sewer lines, and storm drain lines.
